Examining the mediating-moderating role of psychological contract breach and abusive supervision on employee well-being in banking sector

Previous research rarely examined the antecedents of employee well-being with interactive effect abusive supervision and mediating impact psychological contract breach especially in developing country context. Drawing upon social exchange theory, this study attempts to bridge a gap by investigating work engagement, work–life balance, turnover intention directly through moderating mediation effects breach. To validate these relationships, 208 employees who are working banks Pakistan were investigated, survey-based questionnaire. The Smart PLS 3.0 was employed measure association test hypotheses which structural equation modelling played role checking relationships among variables. results demonstrate that affect well-being. This also found has partial between intention, Additionally, shows contributes literature body knowledge human resource management organizational behaviour. helps better understanding at micro-level service sector context (Pakistan). Finally, managers express their feedback, suggestions, interaction employees.
